Overnight oats are an easy, flexible solution. Any jar or container will work!
Choose your consistency. If you like smoother, creamier oatmeal, choose a smaller grain like Quaker® Quick Oats. However, if you prefer oats that retain more of their shape and texture, try Large Flake Quaker® Oats instead.
Toppings are totally flexible. Use what you have, or try overnight oats without toppings as a simple and delicious option!
Want more protein? Mix in 2 tablespoons of your favourite nut butter!
For best results, let oats soak in the fridge for a full 8 hours. Of course, if you’re strapped for time, a few hours will work too.
