Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup PEPSI®
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 3 tbsp bourbon
- 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
How to make it:
- In blender, combine PEPSI®, ice cream, bourbon, coffee liqueur, and ice until blended and smooth.
- Pour into tall glass.
Tip: Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce; top with a cherry if desired.
