Ingredients:
- 4 cups FRITOS® Original Corn Chips
- 4 cups SMARTFOOD® Movie Theater Butter Popcorn
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup assorted sprinkles, divided
- 8 ounces white chocolate chips, melted
How to make it:
- Combine FRITOS® Original Corn Chips, SMARTFOOD® Movie Theater Butter Popcorn, almonds, and half of the sprinkles in a large bowl. Arrange in an even layer on a large parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on MEDIUM power, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and melted.
- Drizzle half of the melted white chocolate over popcorn mixture; toss to coat well. Drizzle with remaining white chocolate and top with remaining sprinkles. Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes or until chocolate hardens and sets.
Tip: Replace almonds with peanuts, pecans, or cashews if desired.
