Ingredients:

• 1 oz of Rum
• ½ oz of Soda Press Co. Blonde Cola syrup
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 5 inches of a fresh vanilla pod, cut down the centre
• 1/8 teaspoon of finely grated ginger
• 1 wedge of lime
• 1 oz of SodaStream^® fresh sparkling water

How to make it:

1. Fizz one bottle of cold fresh water with your SodaStream^® sparkling water maker.
2. In a cocktail shaker place a handful of ice, add the rum, blonde cola syrup, lime juice, vanilla pod and ginger. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain through a fine sieve and top with SodaStream^® fresh sparkling water and serve garnished with a wedge of lime.
4. Enjoy!

Can happily be made as a virgin mocktail too.
