- 2 cups Quaker® Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats
- 3 cups milk
- 3 cups eggnog
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plain 2% yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Freshly grated nutmeg
How to make it:
- In large saucepan, bring milk, eggnog and salt to boil; stir in oats. Reduce heat to medium‑low; simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until oats are desired consistency. Let cool slightly.
- Spoon oatmeal into bowls; top with a dollop of yogurt, drizzle of honey and pinch of nutmeg.
Tip: Garnish with fresh berries or chopped fresh fruit of your choice.
