Mango Avocado Tuna Poke
This tuna poke is bright and spicy; making it perfect for a summer lunch or dinner.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag Tostitos® Restaurant Style tortilla chips
- 12 oz (340 g) sushi-grade tuna
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped mango
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh ginger
- 2 tsp (10 mL) sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) Asian chili paste (sambal oelek)
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
HOW TO MAKE
- Cut tuna into 1/4-inch (5 mm) dice; toss with mango.
- In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, sesame oil and chili paste; add tuna and mango. Add avocado; toss gently to coat well.
- Serve with Tostitos® Restaurant Style tortilla chips
