Easy Guacamole
Holy guacamole! This fresh avocado dip couldn’t be easier to prepare. Perfect for dipping with tortilla chips – and veggies, too.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag Tostitos® Hint of Jalapeño flavour tortilla chips
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) lime juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cumin
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) diced white onion
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
HOW TO MAKE
- In bowl, mash together avocados, lime juice, salt, and cumin. Stir in onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Serve with Tostitos® Hint of Jalapeño flavour tortilla chips.
