Pizza Rounds

Not your regular pizza! These mini pizza rounds, made with crunchy Tostitos® Rounds Tortilla Chips, are topped with pizza topping favourites.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 Tostitos® Rounds Tortilla Chips
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese

 

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Arrange tortilla chips evenly in single layer on baking sheet.
  2. Top each tortilla chip with dollop of pizza sauce.
  3. Toss together green pepper, mushrooms and pepperoni; divide among tortilla chips. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  4. Broil for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Transfer carefully to serving platter. Serve immediately.

Tip: Make it Hawaiian – add ham and pineapple to your pizza rounds.
