Pizza Rounds
Not your regular pizza! These mini pizza rounds, made with crunchy Tostitos® Rounds Tortilla Chips, are topped with pizza topping favourites.
INGREDIENTS
- 40 Tostitos® Rounds Tortilla Chips
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped pepperoni
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
HOW TO MAKE
- Arrange tortilla chips evenly in single layer on baking sheet.
- Top each tortilla chip with dollop of pizza sauce.
- Toss together green pepper, mushrooms and pepperoni; divide among tortilla chips. Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Broil for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Transfer carefully to serving platter. Serve immediately.
Tip: Make it Hawaiian – add ham and pineapple to your pizza rounds.
