Mini Shredded Chicken Tostadas
These Mini Shredded Chicken Tostadas are the perfect snack for a movie night with the family!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tostitos® Rounds tortilla chips (about 1/2 bag)
- 1/2 cup Tostitos® Medium Salsa
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
HOW TO MAKE
- Toss chicken with Tostitos® Medium Salsa.
- Arrange Tostitos® Rounds tortilla chips in single layer on baking sheet.
- Top tortilla chips with shredded chicken mixture and Tex-Mex cheese blend; broil for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Transfer carefully to serving platter.
- Dollop sour cream over top; sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.
Tip: Drizzle with hot sauce for a spicy kick!
