Chef Susur Lee’s Miso Ginger Tofu with Sweet Pickle Dip
Re-create Chef Susur Lee’s recipe at home! This savoury, tangy dip pairs perfectly with Tostitos® Rounds tortilla chips.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package firm tofu
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 2 tbsp Korean chili paste (Gojuchang)
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ cup diced sweet pickles
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
- Mexican chili pin dust for garnish
HOW TO MAKE
- Crumble tofu into a blender. Add all remaining ingredients, except sweet pickles. Blend until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl. Stir in sweet pickles.
- Top with chopped cilantro and Mexican chili pin dust. Serve with Tostitos® Rounds tortilla chips.
