Lay’s® Wavy Fully Loaded Potato Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz brick-style plain cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg (1 oz) ranch seasoning, dressing, or dip mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 bag (7.75 oz) Lay’s® Wavy Potato Chips – Original
How to make it:
- In large bowl, using electric hand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in ranch seasoning mix and sour cream until well blended. Stir in scallions, jalapeño, Cheddar and bacon.
- Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve with Lay’s® Wavy Potato Chips for dipping.
Tip: Use sharp, medium or mild Cheddar in this recipe, depending on your preference.
