Ingredients:

3-4 oz. watermelonbubly™
1 1⁄4 oz. limon flavored rum
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1⁄2 oz. simple syrup
4-6 small watermelon cubes
2 lime wedges
lime wheel, garnish
mint sprig, garnish
 

How to make it:

1. Muddle simple syrup, mint, watermelon, and lime in a mixing tin.
2. Add ice and shake until well chilled. 
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. 
4. Top with watermelonbubly™ and garnish.
